What to eat?

When I was younger I used to eat leftovers for breakfast.  Since getting married, I think I've retrained my brain of the things that are acceptable to eat for breakfast, and I can no longer tolerate eating leftovers (probably a good thing). :)  After we bought the Biggest Loser cookbook, I got quite a few more ideas of things I could eat for breakfast and was really enjoying breakfast.

Then I found out that I am allergic to peanuts and milk.  Just think about all the things that are breakfast foods that include peanuts and milk.  Peanut butter on toast, cereal, yogurt, cream cheese, the list goes on and on.  I can't have any of that now.

So here's where I need your help.  I don't have much variety for breakfast, and I know that's not good for me (besides the fact that I'm getting sick of eating the same things!).  I'm really curious what kinds of things you all eat for breakfast to see if I can get more breakfast ideas.  I need to keep the calories up (trying to keep my breakfast close to the same amount of calories for lunch/dinner), so I don't do well with just a piece of fruit (but it obviously can be combined with something else).  I'm purposefully not telling you what I typically eat so that your ideas are not influenced.

So... what do you eat?  Ideas?

Omelettes! Or... Is butter ok? Because then you could make monkeybread. Or... Oh, that recipe on the back of the Honey Grahams box! Those are made with cereal, so it's kind of breakfast-y. Or breakfast pizza! Or eggs... with bacon/sausage. Oh!! Hashbrowns!! I would kill for some hashbrowns right now. Biscuits and gravy, too. Oo, hashbrowns WITH biscuits and gravy. That's is just like... heaven.

I need to stop. Not sure if any of these help, but I'll post it anyway, just in case. :)

Could you define breakfast pizza? I have ideas, but wondering what you meant by that.

Um, I don't know, I usually just eat it from Casey's... but from what I remember from my time as a pizza maker, it's just dough, eggs, cheese, sausage... that kind of stuff. I think? :)

You should just order it from Casey's. A-mazing.

Mmm, that sounds pretty good. Except I can't have milk... which means I can't have cheese or anything that is cooked with milk (which would generally exclude gravy from my menu also). I could just make the pizza without cheese and would put it on a pita, which would be awesome! The rest all sounds yummy- thanks for a few ideas!

English muffin sandwiches (eggs, ham, vegetables, canadian bacon, mushrooms, etc.). French toast with all different toppings. Waffles or pancakes (made w/out milk). Eggs/egg casseroles. Oatmeal. Cereal with a non-dairy milk. Smoothies (I rarely use dairy in smoothies). Homemade granola bars (you can control what's in them). Scones, pastries, or cinnamon rolls (some of these aren't the healthiest ideas, I know, but splurges). Muffins. Toast with cinnamon & sugar, with honey, with almond butter, or with deli meat. Baked apple (microwaving it is quick). Hashbrowns (with eggs, peppers, onion, etc.). Banana, pumpkin, or zucchini bread. Cooked potatoes. BLTs (if that counts as breakfast). Leftovers can still be good too, depending on what you can handle in the morning (I could so not do cold pizza, but every one else seems to think that's good).
