I need you!

K, here's the thing friends.  I seriously need your breakfast ideas.  I really appreciate Emily who gave me ideas, and my mom (via email), but I need more.  For real.  I hate to be a bother, but I was really hoping that I'd get at least 4 people living in different households to comment.

So for real.  I need you.  Please just take a minute, look over my requirements for breakfast ideas, and throw me the ones that you eat that should qualify- even if they're things that you've only eaten once before.

Thanks!!!

hey!

almond and soy milk are substitutes i use and are tolerable if poured minimally on cereal.

eggs are always a winner and very versatile! clif bars, i have a great recipe for bran muffins (that is tasty) if you want me to pass it along. oatmeal (there are some really tasty brands), potato-y items (hash browns in all forms).

there are also dairy-substitutes for cream cheese, yogurt and cheese. you have to look hard and usually at more expensive grocery stores.

also, looking at vegan/vegetarian websites can be helpful.

i'm usually a grab and go breakfast eater, but i hope some of this input helps!

Hopefully it worked...it didn't do what it normally does.

I eat cereal. Oatmeal squares are my fav, but they are also expensive (but on sale right now, I think). I also sometimes put an egg on a bagel. W/cheese, but you could substitute the cheese w.... hummus? Might be interestingly great.

Or terrible. Only one way to find out...

English muffins with Canadian bacon and eggs. How about egg burritos - scramble the eggs with water instead of milk and throw in onions, green peppers, maybe some bacon or sausage, and salsa. You can make pancakes with 7-up instead of milk - makes them light and fluffy.
