To-do and to-done. Sort of.

I got to cross a couple of things off my homework list today and yesterday, which was exciting. I've also done the dishes this morning, and plan to vacuum and clean the bathroom soon. This place is gonna be lookin' spotless by the time Jase and Rachel get here! Hopefully it will still be spotless when we have people over for our football party on Sunday (which I'm actually super pumped about). Hopefully it will then stay spotless for the friend we have coming over on Wednesday of next week. And then also spotless for when Jase and Rachel pass through on their way back. What do you think my odds are of that happening?

I also got offered a part-time, temporary job out of the blue.

Seriously. A friend of mine who is an international student at DS offered to pay me to help her study for comps. She must think I'm smart or something. Boy do I have her fooled! :) Anyway, I'm pretty sure that I'm going to help her. I obviously can't tell her anything that was on the test when I took it, but if I just help her learn the things she wants, I should be in the clear. That means I need to stay up on things like research design, Freud's psychosexual stages, Helms' white racial identity development model, and many, many more. Let's hope I can do it and that I can be helpful to her! We'll probably study January and February, and then hopefully she'll pass!

Yea for crossing things off! Also, I am a much more productive person when my living space is at least somewhat clean, so that's gotta feel good. And yea also for tutoring. I loved tutoring Greek and it kept it fresh.
