It's cuz he gets intense (example: as I type, Jake just hit our mostly dead couch in frustration). I already have a rather large competitive side in me in regards to sports, and hearing Jake yell and get frustrated just makes it worse. So I decided to continue cleaning after halftime. Jake told me he'd be better, but I know better than that. I get the same way watching extremely important Cardinals games too. (new example: very good play, Jake jumps up and screams) Let's just hope that they win in the end. Otherwise it will be a very sad night.
In other news, we went to the Denver zoo again today since it was another free day. I love the zoo. I especially love the penguins. Can you imagine what life would be like if our arms were useless when we walked? I'm pretty sure we'd waddle too. It's very amusing.
Lastly, I should totally be studying for my theology midterm. I'm just struggling with "senioritis." I have one month and 8 days before I'm (hopefully) done. I just need to pass my classes this semester (and get all of the hours for my internship which is getting increasingly nerve-racking) and then I'm good to go. I care about what I'm learning, I just know that some little details I'm not ever going to remember and therefore I don't care to study them. Let's just hope I pass the midterm, cuz I should have started studying yesterday but I didn't. And I didn't today. The zoo and football were just way more fun.
The end. Hope you enjoyed the ramblings of my mind.
